We started the hike from Portola Valley and made our way towards the Hamm's Gulch
Trail, which we would take to the top. The first row are pictures from the trail
looking at the top of Windy Hill.
The views were nice and of course, I had to take pictures of flowers along the
way. We also got to see a banana slug, which are found in the Santa Cruz mountains.
Those are on the second row. The tree in the lower right got broken somehow, probably
from a storm.
Now we're at the top of the trail and walking north on the Lost Trail, which will
take you to the preserve's parking lot along Highway 35,
where we took a break for lunch and a couple of group pictures. There's a very
nice view from there.
