The Ocotillo Patch is a 30 minute drive from the
Cottonwood campground, located roughly in the middle of the park. There are a
lot of tall ocotillo cactus growing in this small region.

These give you an idea of how tall these can grow. The last one on the right was
taken at the Cottonwood visitor center, where they had one complete with flowers
on it.
