The Thurston
Lava Tube is located next to Kilauea Iki crater, and one of the best lava tubes
that I've explored. There's one section with lights to guide you, and another
section for those who wish to explore further. However, you need to bring along
a very good flashlight (preferably a couple).
You walk through a rain forest until you reach the main entrance. I used a strong
flash and lightened the images so you can get a better idea of what the inside
of a lava tube looks like.
